Show Your Employees That You Care

Good employers care about their employees. They take an interest in them, they provide good wage and benefit packages, they spend time and money developing their skills and they hold them accountable for performing at the level that is expected of them. In a competitive environment it is critical that employees have a high degree of comfort with their employer. Turnover is very costly and being ambivolent about employees can lead to high levels of turnover. Companies that truly care about their employees tend to have significantly lower rates of turnover and less internal turmoil.
